Change Management Practitioner

The objectives of this course are to cover the content of the Change Management Practitioner syllabus and to prepare delegates to take the Practitioner exam during the course.

This course takes place over two days, including the Practitioner examination. Delegates should be aware that evening preparation and consolidation will be required by those who wish to pass the exam.

Course Content

The following topics will be covered:

• Individual Change
• Team Change
• Leading Change
• Application of Change

Delegates will work through a range of exercises and case studies in order to broaden & deepen their understanding of Change Management imperatives and to prepare for the exam.

This course is suitable for individuals working in organisations where a change initiative is being planned or taking place. Delegates’ roles may involve leading or managing change.

Joining instructions, including pre-course exercises and pre-reading, are sent out approximately 2 – 3 weeks before the course start date. Typically pre-course study will take 4-6 hours. It is assumed that delegates already have a copy of the latest version of ‘Making Sense of Change Management’ by Esther Cameron & Mike Green. If not a copy can be supplied at cover price.

 

Entry Requirements

Delegates entering this course must have previously gained the Change Management Foundation qualification.
