This is an instructor-led 1 day course that will provide an overview of the PRINCE2® 2009 edition project management method. This course is non-examined.
PRINCE2® is the most popular project management training subject in the UK. PRINCE2® is the “de facto” standard for project management, and the qualifications associated with the method are a great demonstration of competence for those who are in, or are seeking to enter, the project management environment.
The 2009 edition is the latest update to the PRINCE2® manual, “Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2®,” 2009, The Stationery Office. It reflects the latest best practise knowledge available in the project management field.
Course Content
This course provides delegates with a solid foundation knowledge of PRINCE2® and covers the theory and practical implementation of the method. The course includes the following knowledge areas:

- The PRINCE2® Processes
- Tailoring PRINCE2® to the project environment
- Product Descriptions of PRINCE2® Management Products
In addition, the trainer will explain the PRINCE2® examination structure and format.
