• Exploration into why people follow incorporating the 4 Levels of Empowerment that create followership
• Review of strategy creation incorporating development of vision and direction
• Ignite creativity to excite your followers   
• Communicating in a compelling way using structured thinking to enhance message buy-in
• Exploration into power and influencing strategies
• Dealing with those who are resistant to your vision and strategy
• Identification of Personal Brand Identity – consideration given to portrayal of  required leadership values, behaviours and image
• Moving Yourself Forward – how will you apply your new knowledge and skills
