Terms and Conditions of Business

Overview of Team PM Limited

Team PM Limited is a Project Management training and consultancy provider.

Project Management Consultancy

Team PM Limited is a provider of Project Management consultancy.

Team PM supplies high quality consultancy to organisations at all levels of project management maturity.  This consultancy ranges from the creation and implementation of project management processes and procedures to interim management of live projects.

Project Management Training

Team PM provides Project Management training in the UK de facto standard project management methodology, PRINCE2®.  As a PRINCE2® Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), Team PM is able to offer PRINCE2® examinations as part of PRINCE2® training courses.

Team PM also provides project management training in core project management knowledge areas that can be tailored to the specific needs of customer organisations with training delivered on an “in-house” basis.  Team PM is able to base this training on PRINCE2®, APM and PMI knowledge areas.

Team PM supplies training materials and services that enable other training organisations to deliver high quality Project Management training to their clients.

Scope of this document

This document describes the Terms and Conditions of Business between the client and Team PM Limited.

Registering for a Team PM course indicates the intention of all parties to be bound by the full content of this document.  Please read this document carefully prior to booking a Team PM Limited training course.

Public Open Training Courses

Course Fees

Course fees must be paid prior to the course commencement date.  The course fee includes all pre-course materials, course materials (including appropriate stationery), tuition by a qualified trainer, examinations, daytime classroom accommodation, daytime refreshments and lunch.  The course fee does not include travel, overnight accommodation, non-daytime meals and refreshments or any other expenses that may be incurred by clients.

Substitutions

In the event that an enrollee is unable to attend a course, Team PM permits a substitute to enroll on the course provided that the client notifies Team PM in writing five working days prior to course start date.  This time period allows Team PM to make the required administrative alterations.  Team PM reserves the right to charge up to 10% of the full course fee for this administrative change if the change is made more than 5 days prior to course start date. 
Team PM reserves the right to charge 25% of the full course fee for substitutions made within five working days of the course start date, or to decline the substitution.

Cancellation

Cancellations or transfers may be made for a full refund, less any cost of materials already shipped to the enrollee and a £25 administrative charge, no later than four weeks prior to the course start date.  Cancellations or transfers made within 4 weeks but no fewer than 2 weeks prior to the course start date will incur a charge of 50% of the full course fee.  Cancellations or transfers made within 2 weeks but no fewer than 1 week prior to the course start date will incur a charge of 75% of the full course fee.  Cancellations or transfers made within 1 week prior to the course start date will incur a charge of 100% of the full course fee.

Terms For On-Site Courses

The total fee for the course is due and payable within 21 days after the course start date.  In some cases part or full payment may be required prior to the course start date, and this will be referenced in the training agreement.  No penalty will be payable by a customer cancelling or transferring a course no fewer than four weeks prior to the course start date.  Any course cancelled by our customer cancelled fewer than four weeks prior to the course start date is subject to a £2500 cancellation / rescheduling fee.

Terms For All Courses

Accessibility of our Courses

We are delighted to welcome course participants with disabilities. If you / the delegate have any special requirements for classroom setup or materials provision we will make every effort possible to accommodate such requirements.  In order to allow us to make such efforts, please note that we will need to receive payment for the relevant course at least four weeks prior to the course start date.  We will of course be happy to provide an additional set of course materials for an Auxiliary Aide at no additional cost.  The delegate is responsible for all other costs of any necessary accommodation, including for Auxiliary Aides.

Security

Whilst Team PM makes every effort to ensure that we book venues where delegates can feel comfortable and safe, please note that the personal security and the security of personal items during a course is the responsibility of the delegate.  Team PM cannot in any way be held responsible for injury or loss to any persons or their belongings before, during or after a course.

Course Postponements

Whilst Team PM makes every effort to ensure that we provide courses as booked, form time to time unavoidable situations arise which mean that we are forced to cancel or postpone a course. Team PM will of course offer a refund for the full course value or change the booking at no additional charge. Team PM cannot be held liable for any loss by any party, financial or otherwise, resulting from the cancellation or postponement of any course.  

Direct Bank Payments

Team PM is delighted to accept Bank Transfer payments in respect of courses.  Please contact us for payment details.

Copyright / Intellectual Property

All copyrights, patents, designs and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of Team PM Limited.  No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of Team PM Limited.

General Items

These terms and conditions set out above represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations.  Our brochures and advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between Team PM Limited and the recipient.  These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrolment / course order received after the date of the change.  These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by an officer of Team PM Limited.  Team PM Limited acceptance of a purchase order containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions.  This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
